M&V Cafe - Great food. Tastes good.
Fabrice Di Rienzo comes from the city of Lyon, the french capital of the gastronomy. He developed a passion for cooking in contact with his grandmother who taught him Italian cuisine from an early age. So it was only natural that he then joined a hotel school and then learned French cuisine from the greatest chefs for 17 years (Paul Bocuse, Bernard Loiseau, Pierre Orsi) He then owned his own restaurant in the south of France where for 8 years he was present in several guides and won several awards. He is now embarking on a new challenge by wanting to discover his cuisine in Miami, including fresh handmade pasta. It all starts with choosing good quality products and then he puts his know-how and experience to sell meals at the best price. He wants to bring a friendly atmosphere to a place where we are happy to meet to share a good time around good dishes with attentive service.
M & V Cafe means Matilda & Valentino, the name of his children.
